Saffron Allergy, Dangerous!! Please read!:
I love this book and think its great on so many levels. The only reason I'm giving it one star is to bring awareness to a possible danger with the saffron tea he recommends. I bought the saffron tea and tried it for the first time last night. I woke up an hour later with an itchy body, hives, and swollen hands, head and lips. My lips were severely swollen. Thankfully I woke up when I did and was able to take a ton of antihistamines. Im still swollen as I'm writing this but thankful that my throat didn't... more info

THE ONLY ANSWER TO PSORIASIS!:
If you have psoriasis than you need to go out and buy this book. He goes into details of what you can eat and what you can not eat. I also recommend Dr. Pagano's cookbook. I know for myself I needed some help coming up with some new recipes. He has a lot of tasty recipes in his cookbook.
