More of a picture book:
This book has a lot of photos of beautiful Mustangs. If you are looking for a book to see some restored Mustangs, than this is the book for you. However, I thought it would be more of a "how to" book. The title is somewhat deceiving, it's not really a guide to restoring your car.

I've been a fan of the Mustang since I owned my first '65 Fastback in late 1968. Have been interested in restoring them since the mid '90's and have been saving articles and buying books on how to restore them for years. The problem is, no one book can cover everything............, but this book has come the closest to hitting on more aspects of the origianlity of the early '65's through '66 Mustangs and even some info. on the Shelby's. The Single Best Mustang Book Available:
As a mustang owner, I have a shelf full of mediocre mustang publications - they either tend to be "fluffy" picture books, or broad based overviews, covering a large period, but offering very little detail.
