While the book was very informative, the recipes are awful and the timing on baking is always wrong. Plus the ingredients are impossible to find.
comprehensive!:
This is a well-written and comprehensive guide to living with candida. It is rather military-style in its approach, allowing absolutely no 'cheats' (unless, as the book points out, you want to suffer dire consequences!). My doctor diagnosed me with candida, but having few digestive issues I am hopeful it's mild, as a result of antibiotics. Nevertheless, there is much to celebrate in this book...namely cutting out sugar and dairy, and eating more wholegrains and vegetables. Being a vegetarian this should... more info

This book has been a great guide for me. It doesn't offer one specific "plan" per say...it just gives you a lot of very useful information and helps guide you on the way to your own cleanse. With the help of a doctor or other professional if available.
