A New Way of Life:
A couple years ago I came to the clinic for help with some of my stomach issues and Dr. Jason helped me along and put me on the Anti-Inflammation Diet and suggested your book. I used it for a little while, but not strictly, it was hard because I was making meals seperatly for my husband as well, eventually I went along with my old routine. Anti Inflammatory Diet and Recipe Book:
This is a fabulous book that has wonderful recipes. We have shared several back and forth here in our office but this is the favorite because of the ease of use and format, as well as recipes. Helps one to gain a great understanding of the body's response to certain foods and how they adversely affect us. With good recipes like these you aren't really on a "diet." Highly recommend!
Too many inconsistencies:
I was very disappointed with this book. There are lots of inconsistencies with other information I have read, and even inconsistencies within the book itself. For example, there is a picture of an onion on the cover, and recipes containing onions, but advice within the text to not eat onions. It seems some of the advice may be the author's personal preference or random information of something that worked for her or some other individual rather than information based on scientific studies of larger groups... more info
