This book, as well as her new cookbook, is fantastic!! My son has the dairy-egg-peanut allergy & my husband has a dairy allergy. I've never owned a cookbook that I could make every recipe in it & feed it to my family, and I was running out of new meal ideas when I found these books. Excellent Book!!:
We have already tried some of the recipes and they are excellent. I had a very hard time convincing family and friends that the chocolate cake recipe is dairy-free as everyone commented that it was so delicious!
