If you are looking for a new way of eating that is healthy, enjoyable, and easy and on top of that you lose weight, then you will enjoy reading this book. Linda Yo is an entertaining writer but also backs up her ideas with sound information. I have learned how to cook healthier, tasty meals that are quick and easy to prepare. The best thing I ever did for my husband and myself was to read Linda Yo's "Asian Slim Secrets". For years I have struggled with trying to lose weight. This book really taught my family and I how our bodies digestive system responds to different types of foods. We learned how to use that response to lose weight and not feel hungary all the time. I really enjoyed this book. I liked the tasty, low calorie recipes that are so easy to prepare. I would recommend this book to anyone who is looking to lose weight fast. I felt full and was not hungry like on some of the other diets I have tried.
