Excellent guide to improving your spine health:
Learning how to move your spine is the best way to keep feeling young and healthy. I have bought several of these books, so I have extras to loan to my Rolfing clients. Many of them enjoy it. Though some prefer the audio CD by the same author. The author, Anita Boser, is a practitioner of Hellerwork/Structural Integration in Washington State. She teaches classes on this topic by request, in Portland Oregon and elsewhere. I have taken her class twice and all the students loved it.

Excellent book for reducing pain and tension. The first undulation movement is worth the price of the book and more. I have used it to release muscle spasms to help me endure long meetings, to enable me to enjoy my yoga practice when painfully stiff. I recommend putting it to work with Robin's Essential Low Back Program. I am lucky to live in Issaquah where I can take advantage of their expertise in person. Undulation Keeps Me Pain Free!:
I love this book!!! I have found that undulation is one of the only things that is effective for soothing my often-overstretched and inflamed muscles. It feels like undulating teaches my muscles how to work together in the appropriate way without lots of effort. In fact, it's just plain fun! Anita's way of explaining how to connect with your body is clear and accessible for anyone. At twenty four, I am not yet stiff--but I never will be, thanks to undulation!
