Un buen libro, un pesimo comerciante // An excellent book, a terrible place to buy.:
I am preparing my Boards and, periodically use to review bibliography for. Unfortunately I bought this book with Amazon.com its delivery was delayed, they have the book in stock but I had to wait almost 3 week to receive it. By the way, independently of who is the retailer the book is of easy reading, understandable and concise. Those are its strengths. Its weakness is size and price.

My order took a little longer than expected to receive it, and I wish the seller would have noted that there was writing all over the book. I realize that used books do often have marks, but I've ordered used books before and I feel like this one should've been greatly discounted due to all of the writing on the outside and front pages of the book. Overall a little disappointing.
Huge Help on Clinicals:
This book is a must have for clinicals. It really helps you focus in on the key differential diagnoses for each complaint and helps you focus in on the key questions and exams to include to arrive at the right conclusion.
