Very informative, though a little too in-depth at times. I liked the reference to companys and web address. The author failed to mention one particular outfit that has an excellent enzyme mixture for Candidis (oral thrush) for those who are seeking enzyme therapy for that condition I reccomend the Gobal Health Trax product called ThreLac I used it and it WORKS.

THis book really made me think and adjust my eating habits as I age I want to be healthy and live longer.

As I reflect back on pages 7 through 116 some portions read like a health book. Examples being the chapters on the Importance of PH Balance and another chapter on Microflora (Bacteria) connection.
