Christina Nevada is a Godsend. She gets down to the many factors that cause eczema while keeping the average lay person in mind when describing the science behind it all. She teaches you how to modify and supplement your diet and lifestyle to fight eczema from the inside AND out. We've never had so many choices for treatment. There is A LOT of information to take in. Try not to feel overwhelmed. You get more out of it each time you read it.
