Pretty Good How-To:

I bought this book at Books a Million. While it is no manual by any means, it definitely is a good source if you are restoring an antique Super Beetle. My husband and I have found it most useful while working on my 72 Super Beetle, although we haven't gotten nearly far enough into the nitty gritty yet to determine if it is better than other books. I will say there were a few things in there so far about certain things that the Chilton's, Haynes, etc. did not go into. The pictures are especially helpful,... more info

I found this book to be of little use in the restoration of my Super Beetle. It is by and large a picture book. There are no technical diagrams or descriptions, just pictures with brief descriptions. Pass on this and buy the Bentley manual.

Very good Super Beetle Book:

This book is a very good reference and gives a good history of the Super Beetle. I would recommend it to any Bug or Super Beetle fan.
