Happily surprised:
Not knowing what to expect, I was thoroughly delighted with the subjects covered in this book. More than just information to be mentally ingested, this book provides much info about Oriental philosophy, and energy exercises (chi gung). Although it could take a lifetime just to master all the material presented in this book, it is also a valuable reference for those wanting to complement their Western medical training.
Complete!:
My acupuncturist Dr. Winston Cardwell uses this book as reference. He suggested it to me and I agree that it's a great tool to answer questions and find information I can hold in my hand instead of browsing the internet hour after hour. I love being able to highlight and make notes on the pages. Thanks Doc!
Owners manual for your body.:
