Simple and good:
I love this book! I purchased this book and the Allergen-free Baker's handbook but I ended up keeping this one and returning the other one. This book gives you natural ingredients (baking soda, buttermilk, etc) to substitute the egg unlike the other one that tells you to purchase the Ener-G egg replacer.

My son is extremely picky and even he has liked the muffins we made. My husband and other kids like them too--they... more info

The ingredients used are items that can be easily found if you don't already stock them. I live in a small town so that is very important to me. One thing to make note of, Rudnicki's recipes include soy products. If your child is allergic to... more info
