Finally I can have great tasting bread again!
I just received my book this afternoon and made the Basic sandwich bread .
When done it looked like wheat bread all high and with a perfect crust.
When I cut off a slice while it was still hot and tasted it I couldn't believe how delicious it was.
The texture was just like fresh home made white (wheat) bread that I use to make all the time.

After much reading and research, I ordered the Zojirushi bread machine(have their rice cooker/love it) and AnnaLise Roberts "Gluten-Free Baking Classics for the Bread Machine" book. Her instructions on how to program the machine are very easy and only take a few minutes. I have made the sandwich bread with buttermilk and the multi-grain artisan bread with pecans and sesame seeds many times.
