I purchased this book for my son who recently bought his first car...a subaru impreza hatchback. He was happy with the book which arrived in plenty of time for Christmas.

Subaru Impreza: The Road Car & WRC Story is a very detailed history of the Impreza. It also includes history on Fuji Heavy Industries and Subaru.
good book for UK and JDM model impreza fans:
this is a good resource for impreza fans from the UK and of the JDM model there is somewhat sparse and at times inaccurate content on the USDM model especially regarding the release of the new STI. As with other long books its a historical book focused on the product development but its a bit poorer written than the EVO book by Him.

Definitely check this out if you are crazy about your Impreza. It is filled with the history of Subaru and leads you on the journey of the WRC where the STi finally took over. The book is also packed full of photos from early Subaru ads to gorgeous photos of the current models. I recommend highly!!
