I love Gilad:
I used to have quite a few videotapes of Gilad aerobics in the 90's. I haven't seen them in years. It was like a blast from the past to do aerobics with Gilad again. This is a good, strenuous workout. I really like the toning sections. Gilad is hokey at times and the sexy girls working out behind him are a little dated, but overall, he makes the workout fun.

This is still as effective as when it was first released in 80's. The video is a great collection of Gilad's favorite routines; you will get a well-rounded workout. The tape is divided into sections for specific area, i.e., arms, legs, lower body, abs, and aerobics. The sections are very useful because you can skip around and use what you need for a particular day. Gilad if very motivational as his team. Of course, the beautiful Hawaiian beach settings help too!
