good all around work out:

This dvd is a good all around beginners workout. It's very easy to follow. i personally don't catch on too well to very complicated dance moves and aerobic workouts but i had a very easy time following this workout.
i recommend this dvd to anyone that needs a good beginners workout.

Parts are OK:

The aerobics portions leave something to be desired - unless you really like country line dancing. The weight-lifting portions, though, were good. If you are buying the DVD on sale, it would be worth it.

My wife loves this DVD. She has the Video which is now worn out, so was happy to see a DVD was finally available. The price Amazon sells this DVD at is incredible!!
