This is an excellent paperback publication by Massachusetts Advocates for Children's Trauma and Learning Policy Initiative. The book focuses on policy and practice issues related to the creation of more trauma-sensitive environments within school settings. It is a groundbreaking book on a topic that needs to be raised as a higher priority in the nation's discourse on public (and private) education.
