After using packet mixes for years, I decided i had more time and less money, so I would start to make my own. I spent a fortune on flours etc. and used recipes from the internet - the bread was always a disaster.... more info

Customer Review: Bette's books are the best around. She has carefully tested her receipes and has testers around the world who test them in other areas of the world (high altitude, ease of finding ingredients ...). But you can purchase one of her other books and get everything this has without spending a fortune.
