I found a few helpful pointers, but overall the views were sort of extreme, and some of the advice was very contrary to what physicians have told us. Customer Review: I enjoyed the book, but didn't relate to the women as much as I thought I was going to. I'm just a suburban housewife who worked as an administrative assistant in a nice government office for 30 years, as well as raising 3 boys. One year of college.
