Customer Review: This is a good book. There is much more information in this book in regards to anaphylactic reactions than the gastroentestinal upset (eosinophilic esophagitis)kind of allergy. I brought it to my allergist and they knew the author and highly recommended this book too.
Customer Review: I'm sensitive to most foods, vitamins & supplements. After becoming sensitive to a drug which I took for 32 years in Jan., I became really sick. Didn't get much help from doctors. At first, I blamed the drug but I now think that my system got all messed up & ended up with chronic fatigue... more info
Customer Review: This book is a God-send....It is simply written and products are readily found. It makes problems with allergies seem an everyday
thing....No more mindless wandering the Supermarkets...This makes
allergy problems disappear.
Customer Review: I purchased this book a few years ago because my daughter has food allergies. The recipes are outdated and some are just not worth trying. I've been able to find better ones on the internet for free. Sorry.
Customer Review: Already, a few of the tips in this book have saved us from some very dangerous situations that we would not have known to be cautious of. I HIGHLY suggest that if there is anyone in your family with serious food allergy issues you get this book and read it, then pass it along to others in your... more info

Although I suffer with severe throat swelling and react to almost every food I eat these days, this book... more info
Customer Review: The concept and content are helpful, but the illustration is not that appealing. The pages are very simple, no background, no layers; often it's Allie the elephant in slightly different look page by page, same white background (as in cover) so it's almost boring. Plus the lines and shapes are not... more info
Customer Review: This was an excellent book. It gave answers to many of my questions and it gave me the background information I needed to understand my daughter's peanut allergy. Her allergist was very helpful but this book filled in all of the gaps. I would highly recommend it to anyone new to peanut allergies.
Customer Review: These recipes are fantastic. We made the cranberry muffins yesterday and my mom and sister who have no food allergies LOVED them as much as I did. We made a bread today and it was great, too. I strongly recommend this book for people looking for practical, delicious recipes that use common... more info
