Customer Review: I am reading the book now and working on trying their solution. My skin doctor doesnt believe in any of these gimmicks, so I hope to prove him wrong. I know others with this disease who are skepticle as well, so I will be the guinea pig and follow it religiously.

I found a few helpful pointers, but overall the views were sort of extreme, and some of the advice was very contrary to what physicians have told us.
