Customer Review: I ordered this for my wife because of her special diet, and we were both pleased with the recipes. I've enjoyed some great desserts because of her cooking from this book. It's pretty nice being able to enjoy good tasting food without guilt. One word of advice: taste everything objectively. Some... more info
Customer Review: Yes, unfortunately, you are kidding me. This book is not what it represents itself to be. At least half the recipes have some form of either gluten, dairy, or sugar. It is a big disappointment, poorly researched, and assumes that "evaporated cane juice" is not sugar or Goat's milk is not a dairy... more info
Customer Review: Author talks about recipes which are yeast free, and for all those who want to avoid yeast because of candida, can just use a lot of high carb recipes mentioned in this book. Carbs = sugars = candida = more yeast. Then there's french fries recipe, I mean, seriously? Who puts yeast in french... more info
Customer Review: This book is incorrectly titled. Recipes and food lists include foods that shouldn't be on a candida-elimination diet (like dairy, alfalfa sprouts). Recipes and suggestions make a lot of sense for overall healthy eating, however. I'll probably use some of them, but I wish I'd just gotten the book... more info

Customer Review: I have finally found an easy to follow guide to eating for people with several food allergies/sensitivities. I really enjoy having this book. I pick it up just about everyday since buying it to try new recipes. GREAT COOK BOOK!!!!!
Customer Review: the back section of this book details what flours to substitue for what kind of food you're making- which makes soo much sense, but I've never seen detailed anywhere else. Of course you need flours to react differently when you're making cookies, pancakes, or yeast breads etc. She teaches you how to... more info
Customer Review: Prior to my 4-year-old's arrival, I had zero stomach issues. I am not proud of my old eating habits. Really, I should have known better than to eat six brownie bites at a time. Or almost half an Entemann's chocolate cake in one night. Yes, I actually did eat half a cake. I am disgusted when I look... more info
Customer Review: If you are simply looking for GF recipes, there are better books out there. I made a few of the sweet items along side other similar GF recipes using Pamela's mix (biscotti for example) and found I preferred the items made with Pamela's mix for flavor and texture. The almond flour items weren't bad,... more info
