Customer Review: You absolutely NEED the guide in order to get treated, otherwise you don't know what you can or can't touch or eat during your 25 hour avoidance periods. If you don't do the treatment properly it's not going to be as effective.

Customer Review: What she says makes sense and probably works for some people. However, I tried it and it didn't work for me. Looking at what she talks about, it doesn't seem like it would hurt to do and that's probably the bottom line with following any of the 'out of the medical community' cures.
